Delivery

All items are shipped using our dedicated delivery outfit. Delivery Charges vary from location to location and also based on size of order.

Some items can be delivered using dispatch riders. Others can only be delivered through other means of transport either small car or bus.(Items such as Playground and Artificial Grass).

All deliveries will be concluded and agreed with customer before order is processed.

All standard deliveries requiring a particularity must be specified by placing a comment at checkout in the comments box. Customer service will contact you within 24 – 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to reach you. Multiple items ordered together may be shipped separately. If an item is back-ordered, we will ship the back-ordered item as soon as it becomes available at no extra charge. Please note that during periods of high volume, such as our seasonal sales, the wait period for delivery may be extended.

If you provide us with an email address, all tracking information for your delivery will be sent to your email account.

Orders outside Lagos

Orders outside Lagos are charged based on weight basis. We use ABC and GIG logistics. Customers can also advise on their preferred logistics company for shipping. We advise our customers to insure their goods during shipping. All expenses for shipping/handling/delivery are to be borne by the customer. All information on shipping expenses will be contained in the way bill.

Cancelled Orders

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please Email us and include your name, order confirmation number, and telephone number. You may also call us on +234 8060103164 or send an e-mail to [email protected] or [email protected].
